Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, Blind Barber accepts merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 14 days of the receipt of your order. To return an item, please email us at sales@blindbarber.com. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and the style number and size of the item being returned. You will promptly receive a reply with a return authorization form and number. Please include this form with your return and clearly write your RA# on front of your return packaging. We will be unable to accept returns without an authorization number.

Blind Barber is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment, so we recommend you choose a carrier with tracking service.
